Thanks to a donation from Museum Development North West, a family friendly area has been installed adjacent to the Millennium Gallery at Nantwich Museum.
A table has been equipped with four stools, each packed with games visitors can play with their family and friends.
Museum manager Elliot Goodger commented: “There is something for everyone including ludo, draughts, chess, dominoes, Connect 4 and The Newe and Most Pleasant Game of the Goose – to name just a few!”
Elliot highlighted the value of such facilities in increasing the appeal of the museum to families and groups of all ages to make for a memorable and interactive visit.
He also invited donations of any spare board games to help further enhance the facility.
Entry to the museum and family friendly area is free of charge.
