A number of events in Alderley Edge will no longer be taking place as originally scheduled.
The news comes as event organisers cancel or postpone numerous other events across the area due to the global outbreak of Covid-19 coronavirus.
St Philip & St James Church ceilidh
Due to take place on Saturday 28th March, run by St Philip & St James Church, this event has been postponed until later in the year.
Money for tickets purchased will be refunded.
Alderley History Group
The Alderley History Group meeting on Monday 30th March will not be taking place, but it has been postponed.
The event, with historian Ed Glinert, included a talk on the Pankhursts.
The new date for this meeting is Thursday 28th May (7pm) at Alderley Edge Methodist Church.
