Felicity Davies (Labour)

I am a teacher and have worked with mental health charities to help tutor people facing homelessness.

I grew up in the area, attending Charles Darwin Primary School, and I want to use my skills to make a difference.

Northwich is a fantastic town with a really strong community spirit, but a huge amount of untapped potential.

With your support, I want to harness that potential and deliver a town centre we can be proud of.

Max Hills (Conservatives)

Having moved to Northwich at the age of 10, I’ve witnessed the changes our community has gone through over the last decade.

I believe it’s important to support the community in which you live, and so I am honoured to be running for the position of borough councillor.

Over the past year I have been talking to residents on the doorstep to get a deep understanding of our shared priorities.

Whilst we have been let down over funding for the Winnington Bridge, and a declining quality of public services, I remain optimistic about our area’s future.

If elected, I will fight for a fairer deal for Winnington and Castle.

Keith Hinde (Liberal Democrats)

I have served this community for over 40 years, both professionally and in my own time. A founder member of the Rotary Club, I work closely with Northwich Community Support on Foodbank collections.

I want to work with Cheshire West and Chester Council to support those in our society who are struggling with the cost of living.

Significant housing development in Winnington and Castle has highlighted lack of joined-up transport infrastructure and environmental issues – I would seek to improve this if elected.

I believes that Cheshire West and Chester Council have not been fair with their allocation of resources to Northwich, and would demand better.

I believe that for communities to thrive, their representatives needs to be open and accountable, as well as being responsive to local concerns and needs.

I feel that the Liberal Democrat principles of freedom, justice, and honesty are vital at local level.

Arthur Neil (Labour)

I have previously served as a councillor for the area and previously led a local charity which delivered Dial-a-Ride, family support services, adult learning and help for local people to get back into work.

My priorities are very people centred – combating poverty and lack of opportunity, and supporting families in Winnington and Castle.

Olivia Newey (Conservatives)

As a lifelong resident of our community, I am honoured to be running for the position of local councillor.

Throughout my years living in this area, I have witnessed first-hand the tremendous growth that has taken place, and I am acutely aware of the issues that are impacting our residents.

In addition to my deep roots in our area, I bring a wealth of professional experience to the table.

I have worked in a variety of roles, including local government, that have required me to be a strong advocate for the people I serve.

I am confident that I can leverage this experience to make a meaningful difference for our community.

Lee Siddall (Liberal Democrats)

I’m a community leader who wears many hats. As a governor at my local school and a town councillor, I am no stranger to hard work and dedication.

I care deeply about the environment and helping vulnerable residents.

With a strong connection to my community, I am a trusted and respected figure who is always willing to lend a helping hand.

As a father of three young boys, I understand the importance of a strong family connection and I’m committed to supporting both my family and my community.

I am a staunch advocate for reducing our carbon footprint, investing in renewable energy and encouraging recycling.

I am always looking for ways to give back to the community.
