Robert Bissett (Labour)
Our town needs investment and we need good jobs.
I have worked hard to attract national funding to support our town centre regeneration.
I have also chaired the committee to bring much needed investment into our industrial area, creating thousands of new jobs for people in our town.
Our Labour council proudly played a significant role in securing the jobs at Vauxhall.
The new training centre at the college is going to give the next generation the skills they need to start building new electric vehicles in our town.

I’m Ellesmere Port born and bred and grew up in Central and Grange. Ellesmere Port is my home.
The cost of living crisis has hit us all hard. Tory cuts have decimated local services and I share your frustrations when you can’t find an NHS dentist or get a doctor’s appointment.
Tackling housing issues, fly-tipping and anti-social behaviour are my bread and butter.
I am dedicated to fighting hard for a better deal for you and I will always stand up for your interests and champion the rights of working people.
So Cheshire remains proudly non-partisan and has provided the same opportunity to all parties and independent candidates.
