Thomas Carey (Conservatives)
I live in Delamere and love the area. I am a secondary school teacher and have a passion for education.
If elected I will fight to improve the educational outcomes for children in Cheshire West and Chester.
I see the neglect that has been happening under the current labour administration particularly in the villages and rural areas.
The roads and pavements are in poor condition and need urgent action.
The green bin tax is an additional burden that families should not have to endure due to poor management by Labour.
Tom Cooper (Conservatives)
Nothing submitted.

Ted Lush (Liberal Democrats)
I have lived in the ward since 1986 I’ve served the public in one capacity or another since 1966.
I’ve been in local government until retirement in 2006 as director of finance of a large council.
I was co-opted onto and re-elected since then to Tarvin Parish Council.
I am presently chair of Tarvin Community Centre – a very successful community focused facility.
If elected my only interest will be to get the best deal possible for the Tarvin/Kelsall Ward.
The ward pays its fair share of taxes, does have pockets of deprivation and is overlooked for investment in areas such as recreation, car parking, bus services.
Accessing public services is difficult, roads are dreadful, speeding serious, and littering on main endemic.
If elected these are my priorities and, I will keep you in the picture by giving you regular feedback through our Focus leaflets as I have over recent years.

Tim Mobbs (Liberal Democrats)
I have lived in Kelsall since 2011 with my partner and her son. We love Kelsall, with its amenities and surroundings.
Starting work with Merseyside Police on the beat of inner city Liverpool, most of my career was as a detective in commercial fraud, banking fraud, organised immigration crime, major incidents and latterly as a digital forensics investigator – mainly on child exploitation and life harm cases.
I now run my own digital forensics, intelligence and training business, investigating fraud against businesses and private individuals.
I also support a community based narrowboat wheelchair access charity offering crewed day trips along Cheshire’s canals to schools, charities, care homes, groups and families alike.
Prior to the elections, I will be canvassing and attending relevant meetings in the area, so I look forward to meeting you.
Please ask any questions. I will answer if I can or find an answer for you.
Philip Tate (Labour)
