Emma Boxer (Green Party)

Nothing submitted.

Craig Browne (Alderley Edge First)

I have lived in Alderley Edge for 27 years and am the current ward councillor.

I am an independent candidate, without any party political agenda and my only ideology is to serve the residents of Alderley Edge to the best of my ability.

Since 2015, I have overseen the resurfacing of over 20 local roads, delivery of a masterplan of investment in our village park (including a new play area), development of a neighbourhood plan, regeneration of the Festival Hall and building a new medical centre.

I support our Community Speedwatch team, library volunteers and the Methodist Church.

Carl Curran (Conservatives)

I am the Conservative candidate for Alderley Edge in May’s local elections.

I am head of business and communications for a biotechnology company.

Based at Alderley Park, I have contributed to the site’s status as the UK’s largest bioscience campus.

I aim to preserve Alderley Edge’s charm and improve it further.

I am an accomplished sailor, holding qualifications as a yacht skipper, powerboater, and small keelboat sailor.

My top priorities include scrapping the green bin tax, addressing inconsiderate parking, and ensuring prudent use of taxpayers’ money.

So Cheshire remains proudly non-partisan and has provided the same opportunity to all parties and independent candidates.
