The awards will also recognise projects and work carried out by dedicated individuals and groups to support young people.
Cllr Nicole Meardon, CWAC cabinet member for children and families, said: “The awards evening was a brilliant event last year.
“We were able to recognise and celebrate the fantastic work carried out by local people involved with youth services.
“This year we have nine award categories. We would like to encourage as many people as possible to make a nomination.
“If you know someone who you feel deserves recognition please visit our website for full details and submit your nomination as soon as possible.”
The closing date for nominations is Friday 16th November.
