More than a thousand students will experience an important rite of passage later this week across three of the largest graduation ceremonies the University of Chester has ever held.
The next generation of talent from the fields of arts, humanities, social sciences, health and business will celebrate their achievements in the historic surroundings of Chester Cathedral on Friday (17th March).

Graduation is one of the highlights of the university’s year and vice chancellor Prof Eunice Simmons is looking forward to joining the record-breaking cohort to celebrate their success.
She said: “These students have demonstrated extraordinary resilience during what has been one of the most challenging periods in most of our lifetimes.
“We are delighted to be able to give them the occasion that they deserve and to acknowledge all that they have accomplished.
“I would like to thank our citizen students for their individual contribution to the university and to the wider community in which they have lived, studied, and worked.
“I hope that they enjoy their special day and wish them every success for the future.”
