A popular Ceramic Makers Market is returning to Gladstone Pottery Museum for its fourth year.
The museum will be opening its doors free of charge for the event, taking place on 12 and 13 December.
It will bring together more than 60 ceramic artists and makers from across the UK, including some from Channel 4 series The Great Pottery Throw Down.
Bill Rolls and Elham Hessavi, both series 9 contestants, are among those due to attend this year’s market, where visitors will have the chance to meet makers and buy handmade ceramics directly from some of the industry’s most talented artists.

The event will showcase a wide variety of work, from tableware and tiles to sculpture and studio ceramics.
Visitors can browse the market while exploring the museum’s historic collections and buildings.
As Gladstone is closed to the public between 26 October and 2 January, the Ceramic Makers’ Market offers a unique opportunity to enjoy the museum during its winter closure, with free admission for all visitors.

Cllr Sarah Hill said the market had become one of the most popular events at the museum, which is run by Stoke-on-Trent City Council.
“It’s great to welcome it back for another two-day event as it returns for its fourth year,” she said.
“Stoke-on-Trent’s ceramics industry made the city famous across the world and the market is an opportunity to celebrate the makers who continue that tradition today.
“With more than 60 ceramic artists exhibiting, visitors can browse and buy work directly from makers and take the opportunity to visit Gladstone for free.
“It’s also great to welcome former contestants from The Great Pottery Throw Down, giving visitors the chance to see work from ceramicists they may recognise from TV.”
The museum and market will be open from 11am to 4pm on both days.
