The High Sheriff’s Awards for Enterprise 2024/2025 are now open for entries.
The awards – now in their 18th year – are run in partnership with the University of Chester, and they celebrate innovation across Cheshire, Halton and Warrington.
Winners will be announced at a special ceremony on 27th March 2025 at Churchill House in Chester.
The six categories, which will be judged by a panel comprised of senior members of the business community, include:
- High Sheriff’s Award for Innovation
- High Sheriff’s Award for Sustainable Development
- High Sheriff’s Award for Promoting Social Mobility
- High Sheriff’s Award for Wellness at Work
- High Sheriff’s Award for Young Person in Business
- High Sheriffs Award for Excellence in Enterprise
“I’m looking forward to learning about the innovative businesses and organisations within our county and celebrating their dedication and achievements, said Clare Hayward, this year’s High Sheriff of Cheshire.
Kirstie Simpson, dean of Chester Business School, added: “The High Sheriff’s Awards for Enterprise serve as a highlight in the Cheshire business calendar, bringing us together to acknowledge the remarkable accomplishments of businesses and other organisations within our county.”
