Nottingham Independents’ Castle Beer Festival
Friday 4th and Saturday 5th April 2025 (5-11pm)
Tickets: £10 (plus booking fee)
The Nottingham Independents’ Castle Beer Festival is being staged as a celebration of local independent breweries, cider makers and foodies.
Led by local breweries, it will showcase more than 100 different beers from about a dozen local breweries, alongside a selection of local ciders, street food, and live music – all set within the iconic grounds of Nottingham Castle.
The festival is a showcase of Nottingham’s thriving independent brewing scene, but attendees can also expect street food from Nottingham’s top food vendors – which bosses promise have been handpicked to pair perfectly with the festival atmosphere.
The bars and food stalls will circle the castle’s bandstand, where a lineup of local musicians will take to the stage.
Breweries in attendance include Blue Monkey Brewery, Black Iris, Castle Rock Brewery, Grumpy Fish, Lenton Lane, Lincoln Green, Liquid Light, Nottingham Brewery, Magpie, Neon Raptor, Hollow Stone and Shipstone’s.
A number of the breweries will also be brewing special beers for the occasion and launching new beers at the festival.
