Organisations in Cheshire are being encouraged to enter the High Sheriff’s Awards for Enterprise 2025/2026, with the deadline approaching soon.
The awards are now in their 19th year and celebrate impact, innovation and initiative in the region.
They are open to businesses and charities of any size that are based in Cheshire West and Chester, Cheshire East, Halton and Warrington council areas.
Entries close on Wednesday 14th January 2026.
There are seven categories being judged:
- High Sheriff’s Award for Innovation
- High Sheriff’s Award for Sustainable Development
- High Sheriff’s Award for Promoting Social Mobility
- High Sheriff’s Award for Outstanding Community Engagement
- High Sheriff’s Award for Outstanding Family Business
- High Sheriff’s Award for Young Person in Business
- High Sheriff’s Award for Excellence in Enterprise
The winners will be revealed during a ceremony on Thursday 19th March 2026.
“With over 25 years of experience in business and charity leadership here in Cheshire, I know there are many outstanding organisations across the county that would make worthy recipients,” said High Sheriff of Cheshire Joëlle Warren.
“I strongly encourage them to apply and share their success with the wider community.”
