The mayor of Knutsford, Cllr Bryan Hartley, is inviting people to join him for the town’s annual community crib service.
Taking place outside the Lost and Found on Princess Street, it will be led by mayor’s chaplain Father David Long, and starts at 3.30pm on Saturday 6th December.
The event will also include a Christmas message from the town mayor, who has chosen some of his favourite carols for the gathering.
Carols will be led by children from St Vincents Primary School Choir and the City of Chester Brass Band.
“I am looking forward to the town’s annual community crib service,” Cllr Hartley said.
“This wonderful, festive event is for all: young and old, and I hope you can join me as we get into the Christmas spirit.”
Complimentary mulled wine and mince pies will be served by the Knutsford Catenians.
