(read more about the book’s launch event, here)
After their talk, there will be an opportunity to meet the authors who will be signing copies of their book.
Slow Travel Cheshire is the latest in the Bradt ‘slow travel’ series – providing local, characterful guides to Britain’s special places.
The guides follow in the steps of the slow food movement, aiming for a sedate approach enabling visitors to gain an in depth knowledge of the places they visit and not simply to scratch the surface.
Going beyond conventional guide books, the guide aims to get to the heart of the county, revealing its myths and traditions, and telling the fascinating stories of the people who live here.
The 304-page guide is available from the Nantwich Museum shop at a cost of £12.99.
