Building on last year’s success, Pride in Alsager is planning a bigger and better event for October this year.
Starting with a march at midday, the event will include an afternoon of entertainment at Alsager Cricket Club as well as evening events at local venues.
Once again local businesses will be invited to take part and show their support with rainbow and LGBT-themed window decorations.
Acts for the main stage are currently being finalised, promising a variety of music and entertainment throughout the day.
A range of stalls and refreshments will also be on hand during the event.
Pride in Alsager organisers would love to hear from local musicians and performers, especially young people, who would like to take part.
As well as this, businesses and charities that would like to host a stall or offer food at the event are being invited to get in touch.
