Recipe: Smoked salmon pancakes

Ingredients:

– 100gm self raising flour

– 1 whole egg

– 50 gm  natural yoghurt

– 70 gm water

– shredded spring onions

 

Method:

1. Mix the egg, water and yoghurt together with a whisk then add the flour and whisk until smooth then add half the shredded spring onions.

2. Fry in butter on a medium heat until bubbles appear, then turn. Cook until golden on both sides.

3. Serve with horseradish creme fraiche and smoked salmon. Garnish with the rest of the spring onions.
