A tribute festival is making a return to Poynton this summer – featuring hits by Oasis, Duran Duran and Jamiroquai.
Poynton Party in the Park 2025 will take place on Saturday 7th June and includes added attractions such as a traditional funfair and a VIP area with premium seating and a table service bar.
This year, the event will also stage its biggest production to date – including pyrotechnics, confetti streamers and special effects.
The line-up also features a selection of talented local performers supporting through the day – including with Monkey Harris celebrating their 25th birthday this year.
Organiser Max Eden said: “We have an incredible show planned this year for our big picnic concert which will feature three superb headliners, local talent and amazing family attractions – it’s the perfect line up for a real good party!”
He added that he hoped the event would help raise funds for Poynton Rotary Club to enable them to continue the work they do to support charities and community groups in the area.
Headliners at the event include Oasis tribute band Whatever, Duran Duran tribute band DURAN and Jamiroquai tribute Space Cowboy.
