Magic Voices is a national group. It is a growing choir spread all over the country, with 700 members nationwide.
The group has recorded at Abbey Road and for Children in Need, and as many as 70 local choristers from its Macclesfield and Knutsford groups will be singing in a special fundraising concert for Macclesfield mayoral charities this February.
The mayor, Cllr Janet Jackson said: “I first saw Magic Voices at a concert in June last year and was totally blown away by their singing.
“Such fantastic harmonies and a beautiful range of songs. I am so pleased that they have agreed to perform for my Charity Valentine Concert.
“Everyone is in for a real treat with what promises to be an absolutely fabulous evening.”
The concert takes place at St Michael and All Angels Church on Saturday 15th February at 7pm.
The charities benefiting are Just Drop In and Speaking Up Speaking Out (SUSO).
