Knutsford Music Festival has been postponed until August 2021.
Organisers, Knutsford Town Council, felt this would allow a better chance for the festival to go ahead safely while the country moves out of Covid-19 lockdown restrictions.
The festival, traditionally held in June, has been rearranged for 13th-15th August 2021.
The event first took centre stage in 2017 and has enjoyed three successful outings before the pandemic saw its being cancelled in 2020.
Knutsford Town Council is now planning for an August festival that will bring together an array of musicians in a three-day celebration of local talent.
The event will feature folk events, Music on the Moor and a fringe festival featuring local businesses.
Music will also be brought directly to the town centre as musicians will entertain shoppers and visitors on the town’s streets throughout the festival weekend.
Musicians wanting to apply to perform at this year’s festival can still get in touch by contacting email@example.com.
