A brand new supper club is being launched at Knutsford Market Hall.
The first one will be held on Thursday 25th April, and is a collaboration between two of the venue’s traders.
Ollie Chadwick of the Market Cafe has a background in French cooking, and has devised the menu for the supper club to bring a Gallic slant.
The meal will be complemented with wines specially-selected by Morgan Edwards Fine Wines (which will also be available to purchase on the night).
The dish uses fresh ingredients sourced from fellow traders in the market hall – making the suppler club a true team effort!
The menu incorporates three courses and includes a glass of fizz.
Tickets cost £25 per person, with the number of tickets is limited to 20 ensuring an intimate and cosy evening.
Ollie commented: “We love what we do here in the Market Cafe, producing top quality food in a very small space!
“This Supper Club will take it one step further and we will be showcasing some extra special food to enjoy on the night.”
He added: “We have some top-quality traders in our market and this menu makes use of everything we have to offer the community”.
Tickets are available to purchase from either Morgan Edwards Fine Wines or The Market Cafe.
