Bosses have announced the full casting lineup for this year’s family pantomime, Cinderella, at the Regent Theatre in Hanley.
It opens on Friday 12th December 2025 and runs until Sunday 4th January 2026.
Earlier this year, the Regent Theatre revealed Stoke-on-Trent panto favourite Jonathan Wilkes would be starring in the role of Buttons – alongside Kai Owen, as Dandini, returning for his 10th year in the Regent Theatre pantomime.
They are joined by Rhiane Drummond as Fairy Godmother, Kirsty Ingram as Cinderella and Ben Oatley as Prince Charming plus Amanda Coutts and Rebecca McKinnis as the Wicked Stepsisters.
Coutts returns to the Regent Theatre panto having last appeared as Tink in The Pantomime Adventures of Peter Pan in 2022.
Her theatre credits include Only Fools and Horses the Musical, We Will Rock You, Starlight Express, Footloose, West Side Story, and 9 to 5.
McKinnis’ theatre credits include playing Heidi Hansen in Dear Evan Hansen, Margaret in Everybody’s Talking About Jamie, Lauren in Viva Forever, plus roles in Les Misérables, We Will Rock You and Mamma Mia.
Her screen work includes Sound of Music Live and Beauty and the Beast.
The cast is completed by an ensemble of performers from Wilkes Academy – featuring Bobby Biggs, Sophie Butterworth, Amara Impey, Ella Keen, Nicholas Michael, Lilonke Nyangwa, Kitty O’Gara and Luke Venters.
Packed with all the traditional pantomime ingredients Stoke-on-Trent audiences love, this year’s production features laugh-out-loud comedy, stunning scenery, beautiful costumes and plenty of boos and hisses.
This Christmas, you shall go to the ball!
