The owners of Peckforton Castle near Tarporley and Nunsmere Hall near Northwich have added Inglewood Manor near Ellesmere Port to their portfolio.
The Boutique Hotel Group (BHG), which is run by the Naylor Family, has purchased Inglewood Manor for a seven-figure sum, to further expand their Cheshire-based property collection.
The group said that Inglewood Manor, with its 38-acres of lush green land and original Edwardian features, offers an ideal fit for its next venture.
Its 29 luxury bedrooms will provide BHG the opportunity to further build on its enviable reputation for hosting weddings and corporate events.
BHG managing director Christopher Naylor said: “Inglewood Manor represents the next step for Boutique Hotel Group’s growth plans, we are both honoured and excited to take control of this wonderful building.”
He added: “My family and I have over the previous 12 years developed a business model that we believe Inglewood Manor intrinsically fits.
“We would like to thank Tracy and Lisa Howard, the previous owners, for their approach to the purchase and hope to utilise the passion and enthusiasm they have instilled already to take the business to the next level.”
For over a decade, BHG has transformed Gothic retreat Peckforton Castle into a dream location for weddings and functions.
It’s attracted numerous high-profile stars: US singer Ciara married American football player Russell Wilson at the venue in 2016, with Kelly Rowland, Beyoncé and Jennifer Hudson among the guests at the wedding.
In 2015, the group bought Nunsmere Hall out of administration and continued its success by making it one of the area’s top wedding and event locations.
The Naylor family hope that their care, attention and dedication will now bring the magic to Inglewood, promising that the country house is in safe hands.
BHG added their thanks to the professional teams who have helped to complete the deal.
