Carol Gahan (Labour)
I have been a councillor in Blacon since 2015, supporting residents and helping local organisations to grow and flourish.
I am chair of J H Godwin Primary School and work to support all the schools in Blacon.
I won’t rest until we have a youth club and this will be my focus for the next four years.
As a councillor my phone is never off. I will continue to work with the Cleaner Safer Greener Group to make Blacon be the very best it can be for its residents and businesses.

Sheila Little (Labour)
The past four years have been hard work for everyone, but it also brought out the best of the Blacon community – people working together to support each other.
I have lost count of the number of times that people have said to me ‘I moved to Blacon because of the sense of community and the people here made me feel welcome’.
I have lived in Blacon for 34 years and I belong to that community.
I have been proud to represent Blacon and will continue to work hard to support and enrich our community.

Kris Patterson (Liberal Democrats)
I have lived with my wife in Blacon for 10 years and I am an underwriter for a large merchant bank.
I am passionate about supporting the local community and will strive to give Blacon the fair representation it deserves.
I first joined the Liberal Democrats in 2017 and I look forward to representing the people of Blacon on the council.

Alan Smith (Labour)
I’ve lived in Blacon most of my life. I went to school at Dee Point and Blacon High, then I became a printer, and then I worked with computers.
I want Blacon children to have the best chances in life. I want them to have the best education possible which will lead to having a good job.
I was a trade union shop steward, so I am used to representing people.
Currently I support the community by providing free digital training for older people and presentations on the history of Blacon to schools.
So Cheshire remains proudly non-partisan and has provided the same opportunity to all parties and independent candidates.
