Ingredients
50g butter
4 mini tortilla wraps, each cut into 8 triangles
50g sugar
100g cream cheese
35g Percy Pig dessert sauce, plus extra for serving
Pink food colouring
125g icing sugar
25g butter
Jazzie sprinkles
Mini marshmallows
Percy Pigs
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 200˚C/180˚C fan/gas mark 6.
2. Melt the butter in a large microwaveable bowl with a lid. Once melted, add the tortilla triangles, place lid on the bowl, and shake to cover the tortillas in butter.
3. Sprinkle in the sugar, place lid on the bowl again, and shake to cover.
4. Place the tortilla triangles on a baking sheet with greaseproof paper and bake for 10-15 minutes, until golden brown with slightly crispy edges. Allow to cool.
5. To make the dipping sauce, in a large bowl, mix the cream cheese, 35g Percy Pig dessert sauce, and a few drops of pink food colouring. Set aside 4 tbsp of this mixture for drizzling.
6. Add the icing sugar, butter and a few more drops of food colouring to the remaining mixture, then beat with an electric whisk beat until smooth and thick. Spoon into a small dipping bowl.
7. On a large plate, place your nachos in a circle, leaving space to add your bowl of dipping sauce.
8. Drizzle over the Percy Pig dessert sauce.
9. Put your reserved 4 tbsp of Percy Pig drizzle mix into a piping bag and drizzle across the nachos. If you don’t have a piping bag, flick the drizzle across the nachos using a spoon or knife.
10. Decorate with Jazzie sprinkles, mini marshmallows and Percy Pigs. Serve with the dipping sauce.
