Conservative councillors in Wilmslow are inviting residents to share their views on a number of issues affecting them – both at town and borough level.
Are you happy with your bin collections? Are you satisfied with the standard of the borough’s roads? How do you feel about Cheshire East Council’s upcoming tax increase?
What would you like to see from Cheshire East Council? Are you satisfied with the borough council?
What are your views of Wilmslow Town Council? What local concerns do you think the town council should prioritise?
Which local issues do you think should be the main focus of those who represent you?
Maybe it’s road repairs and maintenance; perhaps it’s supporting the local high street; or possibly improving recycling and rubbish collection.
Would you like local councillors to look more closely at reducing parking congestion?
Should Wilmslow’s councillors be encouraging more eco-friendly transport alternatives such as enforcing cycle routes?
Perhaps you think they should invest more in community facilities such as libraries.
Cllr Hannan Sarwar said: “Despite the uncertainty and difficulties posed by Covid-19 we cannot forget the importance of local issues.
“With the vaccine roll out being a success, there is end at the light of the tunnel, which restrictions being eased hopefully over the next few weeks.
“I would like to gauge residents opinions as to what issues you would like us to focus on over the next few months.”
